Allow external connection to MySQL database

Hi !
I couldn't find on the current cPanel X how modify the firewall to allow an external connection to MySQL database.
my website : http://newcastle.x10hosting.com

Moreover, is it right to write that :
- the address to access to MySQL database is "newcastle.x10hosting.com"
- the port number is "3306"

For an external connection those are correct.
To bypass the firewall you will need to contact Corey with whichever IP address you want to be excepted. Please note that this should be a static IP address.

So, this is not possible to access to the database from everywhere, and I need to have a static IP... this is not useful !

It's for security, you have to request each static IP that you need access to the DB for.

If you decide it becomes useful then you can re-open this or PM me your IP.
