I have a free account
Username: eyelets4
Hosting Package: Adfree

I was trying to install phpWebsite and I get this error I'm not sure what I did wrong. This is all totally new to me so sorry to be a bother. I tried reading the other problems others have had with this but couldn't find a solution.

Fatal error

Thank you I put in my request for the change.
Edit:
I saw that this had been changed and tried to view the phpWebsite and I'm still getting the same error message.
Edit:
Sorry I just checked the email and saw it may take 3 hours for this to take effect so disregard the above post.
Edit:
I did get the email that it had been upgraded but I'm still getting the same error message. So I'm not sure what I need to do now.

Ok the upgrade works but I now want to change and install
Soholaunch when I try to do this I get this message.

The installation can not be completed:
- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain esdesigns.x10hosting.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain esdesigns.x10hosting.com (path="/home/eyelets4/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:
images

I don't know how to fix this or even where to find this file.

images is a folder and it's inside your public_html folder.

Alright I am totally stupid about all this and terrified I will delete the wrong thing. So do I delete the images fold in the file manager?

Delete the images folder, that you find in your public_html, and then try to install it...
Make sure you've no files inside that folder. If you have, backup them, and upload them after the installation.
