I open my wordpress panel I click in a couple links and 2 seconds later everything goes down ! This is no suposed to happen. I can't never do anything in my blog ...

NB I write this post as a member with a free hosting account on cossacks. The fact that I am staff does not apply to this post.

What you are saying is very untrue. I have had my account on cossacks for almost a year now and have seen it have the least downtime of all the free servers. So one day you decide to log on and its offline. Well try and read the server alerts -> http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/73670-ad-free-cossacks.html and the news before posting. I don't like you saying nasty things about the lovely lady cossacks. She might be having a bad day, but she will be better soon.
Please dont take any offence to this post.
