I installed the componet AlphaUserPoints for my Joomla site. Upon installation I was asked to sync users with my current users database. When I clicked 'sync' the page reloaded with an error message "Internal Server Error". I tried un-installing and re-installing with no effect.
I have been advised that this is a problem with the componet and not the server, but I believe that is incorrect. I have used this very same version of AlphaUserPoints on multiple other sites and have never received an error message.
