Alright... I need a straight answer.

I applied and got an Ad-Free account last week, since then I uploaded all of my vBulletin files in preparation of setting up a VBAdvanced web site. I even created the database and user in cPanel. I was never able to connect to my server though, first I was getting a "Connection to the server has been reset" message, then I got some random "Great Success, cPanel has been installed" page. I then contacted fedlerner about the "Domain Available / cPanel Error". That did not resolve the problem, in fact, I'm now getting a "Server not found" error.

My account page (http://x10hosting.com/account) says that everything is online except for Exim, however, I'm still getting the "Server not Found" browser error, and cannot connect to the FTP.

I know that Corey is working on getting a bunch of stuff updated, but I have not once been able once been able to connect to my server via browser since I signed up... Whats going on?

Your DNS entry was not created correctly. I have just fixed it. You might need to flush your DNS\clear your temp files.
