by using the cpanel
login in to the cpanel
go to file manager it will open up a new page there public_html folder is your webpage folder which the public can see. in the public_html folder There is a file named index.html if you want to edit your web html and go edit the index.html

Or you can create an index.html using Frontpage, Dreamweaver or any other software for that purpose and upload it via the file manager in the Cpanel or by using FTP. You can overwrite the index.html file. Be sure to include the javascript code for the advertisement if you are using an ad-enhanced plan.
