Alternative to Stoli

Is there an alternative server we can use instead of Stoli ? Is it possible to move people ?

Im trying to develop my site but am unable to as its been up and down all day ...

Just a request ... I understand im getting this for free !

We only have one adenhanced server (Stoli). You can have one of us terminate your account so you can sign up on adfree if you like though?
