Am I suspended?

I keep receiving this error message, every time i try to login in the cpanel.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
Since I\'m new at webhosting, because i\'ve always worked in a localhost, what seems to be the problem.

Your account is not suspended, this is a different issue. I have notified the admins about this and they are working on resolving the issue.

thx for the Quick reply, just another question how long normally, does this situation maintains? because i'm working on pap (in portuguese prova de aptidão profissional), an ending course project.
