Hi,
A friend of mine recently set up an account here at x10hosting, but...
Now he can't get into the AMP (Account Management Panel) because it claims his username doesn't exist. I've tried logging in for him, and I come across the same error. Even if we copy and paste the username from the email, we still get the same error. The cPanel acepts it and FileZilla (for FTP'ing) also accepts it, so why does the Account Management Panel reject it?
I've tried using x10hosting.com/logout to see if that cured it, then tried logging in again, and still no luck...

PS. the reason we're trying to get into the AMP is so we can get a hold of the required ad code to add to our site. I copied the code off of another site temporarily so we weren't in violation of the rules - but it would be better for us to be using our own code... :happysad:
