An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I know you said it was resolved, I'm just curious as to what URL you got this message on. Was it right when you logged in? Or was it the account page, after you logged in? Or.. ?

It was displayed at one of the login pages, after I had logged in.

New problem.

In my account management panel, I can't do anything. It says my account is "unsuspended" even though I just activated it yesterday and it says all features are offline. What?

Unsuspended means it's active, suspended is well, suspended.

I'm getting the error about retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system, too.

As of right now, no.

I'm pretty sure that I know what is wrong, but I'm working on transferring accounts and getting everything with the new server straightened out.

Moving off the main free hosting server to the new one should be done (hopefully) by early afternoon tomorrow, so I should be able to resolve any problems by then.

Infinity: Are you still having this issue? I'm able to login under your account and I see everything except for the server status. (The server status for the Ad-Free server is not working right yet since the move.)
