An error?

I am seeming to have this wierd domain error, (keeps showing this, look at attachment)
even though I have registered under the cpanel name, Juniord.

Any help? (I have deleted index.html, and replaced it with my own index.)

you do? that attachment must have uploaded unsuccessfully. here it is (or should be)

I keep getting a Domain Available thing, why do you see my website and you don't? I installed smf via fantastico and have been making a layout until i discovered i can't see the website.
