An important question

I would like to know whether you allow to post my own Perl/CGI scripts in order to query the MySQL database? Should I put the scripts in the cgi-bin directory in order to execute it? I am a free user of x10hosting.

Perl and Python have been disabled on the Free Hosting Accounts due to prior abuse by some of the users. There are no immediate plans to enable them.
