When I was extracting ZIP files in my cPanel File Manager, it said something about "internal death." The files I'm extracting doesn't extract to my public_html folder. What does this mean? I'm not sure what the exact words said. A few days later, the extraction was normal like nothing had happened. Have you encountered this before?

I've never heard of this before.
Are you still having this problem?
Can you check the cPanel error log and post any relevant errors as well?

"Internal Death" is a common CPanel error message which might be generated due to any number of problems.
As DeadBattery stated, CPanel error logs are the only way to determine the exact nature of the problem and possibly resolve it.
