I think you got suspended for high resource usage...

If you are hosting wordpress or other script. some plugins take CPU load...

Some simply troubleshooting questions: are you using wordpress or a CMS such as Drupal, Joomla? If so do you have caching plugin that caches all the website in one shot?
If so, you'll have to disable the plugin as soon as you are un suspended. Do you agree?
