anonymous FTP access option not working

Hi, my account is hosted at boru (boru.x10hosting.com) and I am wanting to set up anonymous FTP access. However, when I got into my cPanel and click "Setup Anonymous FTP" I get this error message:

Not Found

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/x3/ftp/anonmyous.html) you requested.
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this
error to your web hosting provider.

Any idea why it's not working? I get the same error message if I go to "Anonymous FTP Message" as well.

Hi,

Firstly why an earth would you be wanting to setup Anonymous FTP? Its a security risk.

Also I would reckon its disabled for freehosting.

You have to remember that you are responsible for every file in your directory, so if you allow anonymous FTP then anyone can upload anything. If that anything is in breach of the ToS, then it is you who is responsible and you who will be suspended.
Not to mention that it would use huge amounts of HD space as people would see it as a free file repository rather than a web host.
