Another blocked South African IP

A south african visitor with an ip of 196.35.158.181 cannot access my site. Please could you add this ip/range to the allow list.

Well dude if he has an dinamic ip(which most people has) adding his ip to the allow list won't help since it will change next time he connects to internet.
