Another linking problem....

I follow all the steps to link the account forum with the cpanel, but at the end i read:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Log out and then log back in. Then try again. If that does not work post back.

I don't receive any error messages and i can enter in the account management page right now, thanks MicrotechXP.

"Step 4: Enter your cPanel username (8 Characters or Less) into the linking field."

I don't see any linking field.
I can't to go to my cpanel directly..."page not found"...:dunno:
