Another question about ads!

Can I place the ads on top of my site's navigation bar?It also appear on all pages.I ask this bcz the ads on top of my site make my site bad.

The ads must be on the top of all the pages that are viewable by the end user, if they have to scroll down to see the ads you have placed them wrong. If were the link is now is going to show up on every page just like that it should be fine.
