Another site appears instead of mine - Serious issue

Hi,
I have serious issues with my site: http://nextlab.elementfx.com/
I'm on ADfree Cossacks Server. I understand the manteinance reason for all problems in these weeks... but from today....

• WHY when opening my site IT APPEARS ANOTHER (promotional) SITE??

It's like someone have stolen my space, this page says "Welcome to elementfx.com" with a huge number of sponsored links and a cute blonde girl on the right.

• I just tried logging in my cPanel and it doesn't work...

Can you tell me the reason of these issues an can you help me?!?

Cossacks seems down. You're getting the same SSL-Explorer page I'm getting.

I suggest that you hang tight, because I think there are a few issues with Cossacks, which is why they put that up and/or brought Apache (httpd) down.

Try logging in to CPanel at http://nextlab.elementfx.com:2082

cPanel works now, and I get the same SSL explorer login page when opening my site... but till 20 minutes ago I got ANOTHER SITE (it was like a fake site), instead of mine.... this is strange!!
