I haven't personally gotten the message, but several have, and none of the fixes I've seen on this forum so far (DNS flushing; "?fooooooo") have done the trick for them.

This seems to be a widespread problem, judging by the amount of threads on it here, so are you guys doing ANYTHING to look into it?

We can't do anything to fix it if we can't reproduce the problem. Your site is loading fine for me. The only thing I could suggest is that your ISP is keeping a cache if you have followed the routine of: clear your browser cache, flush your DNS (as admin in Vista/Win7, cycle your browser, try again. Obviously, there's very little we can do about your ISP.

I see. I've gotten some more information on the problem from some that have had it, and apparently it's just happening on the index.php page. Everything else seems to work fine. Dunno if that'll help you guys or anything, though, but it's a temporary solution.
