Any Countries blocked from x10?

Hi,

I am just wondering if there were any countries blocked from x10Hosting (Domain: exofire).

If not, is there a solution to unblock a country from the website?

I live in USA, but there seems to be some forum users from Dominican Republic on my website, and they cannot see the website forum. They saw it once, but then it was blocked from them.

The forum I use is phpBB3.

We do block people from some countries from creating an account on x10 Hosting. But as far as I know we do not block them from viewing websites.
