Any way to refresh the Webdisk?

I installed the webdisk and it seems to work sometimes, other times it says the folder is not available. But most difficult is the fact that it never refreshes. If I have deleted or added folder or files via FTP or some other way, the web disk never shows these changes. For example, I uninstalled frontpage extensions and when I FTP there everything is gone, but webdisk shows all the same clutter still there.

Is there any way to refresh the web disk?

You don't even need the Webdisk. Just use the File Manager instead.

And how exactly do you easily copy a fairly large set of files to your account with the File Manager easily? The WebDisk is incredibly useful if you know what it's for.
