I logged into my account’s hosting control panel today and the service was listed as terminated. I spent a lot of time building it and after I launched it I didn't go back and check on it for a while.
I read the TOS. I know you guys need to keep the inactive accounts cleared off. This account wasn't checked within 30 days so I for sure violated the TOS. I put 40-50 hours into the site so far, and I had to take a break. I missed the email notifications you sent as I had a folder collecting emails and failed to check that. I messed up, it was my fault. But I didn't intend for it to be abandoned.
This is a longshot, I am asking for a miracle, I get that:
Is there any way my account can be restored at this time? I greatly appreciate your free hosting service and it would really be helpful to get my work and time back.
