Anybody Played Halo 3 Yet?

Maybe if Bungie stopped rehashing games together and create original story lines, instead of improving the graphics slightly over the previous releases, then maybe Halo 3 wouldn't be over hyped.

And yet, that statement could apply to almost every game....

Besides, if you have any sense, you don't buy into the hype anyway.

I have it, i've played it, i've completed it, its fantastic.

I totally recommend it. And if I wasn't supposed to be doing coursework right now, I'd be playing it.

Do you mean beat? If so; Meh. I bet they weren't playing on Legendary (like me).

Where are people pulling this 6 hours from?

Try it on the hardest difficulty, it'll take longer. Try it on easy, it'll take less time. Try it on Legendary with all the skulls turned on, and you'd be lucky to ever finish it!

One play through on normal/heroic might take only a short time, but what not replay it? There are plenty of reasons to. And we haven't even touched MP yet.

I mean, a film is what, 2 hours? it takes three of those to get to this 6 hours you're pulling out. And if you watch it again, its exactly the same. Games are slightly different each time.

Personally i dont think it has lived up to the hype. The campaign was mediocore at best, (very short). The gameplay/graphics are nothing new or amazing.

Multiplayer may however be the only quality part of the game, and still i become tired quickly.

Very good game. I played it at a friends house for...maybe an hour. Though, the sniper rifle(Human) is ruined, and the sword is severely nerfed. Not so cool, in my opinion. The sniper now is basically get a head shot or you wont kill them. Kind of stupid.​

Single player is ok but does get boring very quick... Mulitplayer is very much alot of fun.

i havnt noticed any real change on graphics tbh (maybe thats because i had only ever played halo on pc i dont know but meh)

You younguns have no concentration! There are people that played the first Halo's campaign almost exclusively for 3 years!

I mean, hey, why not try it on legendary, with all the skulls turned on? THATS how halo was meant to be played!
