Hi there,

Here I am again asking some thing of web-designers, or ownage internet groups. I have got a web-design, most of it is in FLASH, format being Swf. I need to edit the site, but as it is not in Html it's not so easy. So what FREE software can I use to edit the SWF file. All I want to do is add text edit text etc.. nothing else. So can some one point me to a place where I can download FREE flash editing software?

Please take note I bolded the "FREE". Repeat only FREE! software.

You can look here for demo`s and freeware. I only did a quick search. Most of these programs are in beta.

I dont think there is, I use Macromedia Flash Pro 8. Try to find a trial (I think there is one) or try http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/free-_swf-maker.html

Hm, I tried all the one's you supplied Geoff, but they're not editors they're; makers.

Chaganlal1 I don't really want to use trials as I want to use it long-term. Also those are swf makers and they can only be used to edit files which you have made with the software
