but I think I have been reading the thread you mention (indeed I have been posting into it)
and from what I understood, I should create a thread here to report a problem.
is this correct or I missed something?

if the problem is a DDoS attack, it is strange that the forums are still working (just my opinion, I worked in a bank in the past, I know how difficult it is to handle a 24h hours system with lots of accounts, I admire your initiative and your courage and your spirit at x10hosting)
