Apache down on Starka

It's been down for over an hour or so. Can someone please seek into getting Apache back running on that server? Also, the server load is above 100%.

httpd (2.2.13 (Unix)) failed (!)
Server Load 102.32 (4 cpus) (!)

This may have been caused due to temporary high server resource usage by abusers.

Are you still having problems?
