Apache down

I see a number of threads about this over time, but they're all closed, so I'll start another one.

I was working on my site today, and then the site stopped responding, and when I logged in to my account, I saw that the HTTP server was offline.

Please fix this

update: now everything in the list is offline.
update: ok, now everything is green except Apache, DNS, and Server Load
update: yay, now all but Server Load and DNS; apparently the server was rebooted

I've got the same problem says the server load is 9+ Does that mean I am using that much? Or is that everyones server load??? Cause I know I dont use that much..

That means no one read the server alerts.
