The Apache HTTP is always offline I waited 2 days and It's still like that. And Can I Lower my PHP Version to Like 4.7 or something I want it still Intermediate But lower the phph version.
1) We are in the process of changing the servers around. After we are done server uptime should be much better.
2) No you cannot change your PHP Version.
