Apache http offline

[barnacle]

Hi looks like Apache is offline, I'm using the Cossacks server.
My website is pbarnacle.x10hosting.com
My username is: barnacle
Not sure if this a problem with just my account or for the whole server. I can access control panel and upload files but can't see my website any help greatly appreciated.

It's not your account, it's the whole server.

Check http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/13706-x10hosting-services-up-down.html , it's in the 'stickies' at the top of the Free Hosting forum.
