i wanna make application section in my forums

Like warez apps or simply application talk/support. App talk/support is allowed but no downloads of illegal warez or any apps really. Most of the time licenses protect other sites from putting up downloads for their apps unless permission is given and you have proof of this permission you were given.

I'm pretty sure thats allowed. Not sure about having links to download software, if it's free software no one will probably care but if it's warez you site will be deleted probably.

no, there is not to be any form (text or file) of cracks, serials, keygens, anything like that, there is to be no illegal linking of files or music allowed on this host.

As far as I know, having FREE software on rapidshare and other file uploading sites are allowed.. linkage should be fine (programs like CCleaner, AVG Free, etc)

Just don't upload cracked / paid software with keygens

If I'm reading this correctly, you would not be able to provide a link to any site or sites that provide said roms, cracks, keygens, serials, warez, and the like.

That would be a no - if it's a link, and the link leads to the crack/keygen/warez (or a site that has the link to it), then it falls under the Warez policy in the tos (3rd bullet under server usage, http://x10hosting.com/index?view=termsofservice ), and your site would be suspended or terminated without question.

For the record: That also includes torrent's, but that's not originally located under the tos. It is however covered here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=18608 , which since it's part of the news and announcements forum, is the equivilant of being printed in the TOS.

No, any user-posted links to keygens, cracks, etc will not be tolerated.. if you want to do that sort of stuff, there are other places to do that. We want to keep x10hosting as clean as possible; we don't want to be liable and get sued, etc.
