I have been waiting for someone to reply to my version 3 request. It says that I should be getting a response within 24 hours, but it has been 72 hours now since I made the request. Is there a way I can expedite this process?

I don't see that you have a page up and are requesting for a phpv3 upgrade. I think you would need to be showing some errors even to get the request granted. They are pretty strict on who and why they allow php v3 upgrades.

Also remember it's possible they won't give you a negative response, it takes time to say no to everybody so if it doesn't change imagine it's a no.

I do have a legit reason... I need a 40M or higher memory limit or else the moodle install script gives a fatal error.

It's just that when I applied for version 2, I was accepted within the hour. Now, I've been waiting for 3 days with no response.

I just haven't edited the index.html file, which is why the page is showing the default...

The need of more resources is not (as far as I have seen) a legit reason. You can always install manually.
