Do you mena that you want to know what file permissions you should use for archive folders?

I archive my files & folders in my computer with TAR.GZ & zip format and send archive to my host.
but when I extract them the permission of files is 640 & 750 for folders in tar.gz archive & in zip archive the permission of files is 666 & 777 for folders.
I want a archive format that extract folders with 755 permission and 644 for files

Ok to do that you just need to change the permissions on each fiel using the change permissions option in the file manager in cPanel.

Use an FTP program to do it, then you can select multiple files at once.
