premium supports it right? but theres no MS SQL,

looks nice, x10 is cheaper, but how are the servers? and its harder to setup ASP on a My SQL right

x10Premium has Mono installed which allows ASP.NET scripts to be run. It isn't officially Microsoft ASP.NET though since we use Linux servers.
Currently, ASP.NET isn't supported on the free x10Hosting service. This may/may not change in the future.

As for MySQL vs. MS SQL, you'd probably get to know MySQL quickly.
