ASP Site Error 500

Hi, I am looking for a solution to a problem with my asp site located at: http://christy.elementfx.com/
I have downloaded the site from another server, and i have set it up on the elementfx server for testing, but the error 500 keeps coming up.
Has anyone came across this type of problem? Is this a server issue, a web.config issue, or some other problem?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it ASP or ASP.NET?

ASP.net is currently enabled on every server's, via Apache's mod_mono.

Have you checked that you're using the correct syntax for whatever is located on line 12 in /home/rootsy/public_html/Web.config?

yep i have the files working on the local machine, but something seems to be wrong when i upload to the server! thanks in advance.

Can you log into cPanel -> go to "Error Logs" and post the top few entries here, to help us in understand what could be causing the problem.

Also, make sure that you've correctly set the permissions for your files and directories.
