I think ASP scripts are a drain on resources. Nevertheless I do not believe they are banned, I could be wrong.

maybe some asp pages work normally,but the server consider them as html pages,all active features don't work.

because ASP is an active server page, and by default, asp pages are not supported by apache. ASP is a microsoft language, and works with an IIS server (Windows server).
