When I try to access my forum it says it has been "Suspended" due to inactivity:

Your Hosting Account is Suspended</STRONG>
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com.

I enter in my passwords both for my forum and for this forum. Multiple times I get an error message saying either the username or password is incorrect, but their not.

I need to get this forum back by going to my hosting account panel to get my forum back. You see, my mate created me the forum and I have no idea about all of this techno stuff, ect., so you would have to describe in perfect detail everything I need to do in order to restore my forum back to normal.

log into your cpanel {your domain}/cpanel

In example, my domain is garrettroyce.x10hosting.com so my cpanel is garrettroyce.x10hosting.com/cpanel

There's an icon for "Inactivity Unsuspension"

By the way, the link you provided is to the actual suspended page and not your site.
