Assuming this is allowed....?

I have an upload script, that only I would use. Its kind of like an image gallery. I upload the images into a MySQL Database then use PHP to show them.

No one would have access to this, accept myself, and I am assuming this is allowed.

as long as its not a file upload & share or anything like filevip... your ok, and since its only for your own use its fine, though if for some reason a staff member gets to it, they may suspend your account.

i.e. make sure you password protect it (PHP script or .htaccess) - then there aree no problems.

Yes, password protect it so no one can get to it but yourself. Don't put anything illegal in the folder either, such as porn, you know what I mean.

There will be no illegal materials, and it is .htaccess protected, so only I can acess

It will be for displaying images of a game I am creating with some mates, but only I shall be able to access it, as there will be username & pass, where the pass gets changed, so if anyone does manage to get in, they won't the second time!

I am also thinking of putting the index manager thing on it so, then no once can see the file index through the web anyway!
