Now im not displaying names of who i had a hard time dealing with in the past.I had a extremely tough time with some folks in mirc chat and throughout forums ( not registered users account managers im speaking of)

So what the hell is going on? If i am joking about something that is just plainly stupid some account manager would just take it seriously and start a god damn argument alll of a sudden. for instance (no names im displaying)

--mirc chat room---

Me- server is down
Account manager 1- Will look at it
Me- ok
Account manager 1- server is back up
Me- Your kidden :0
Account Manager 1- im not kidden


----few mins later--

Account manager 2- Why did u say to account manager 1 to him "Your kidden"
Me- what the hell?
Account manager 2- Why were you saying it? he is a nice person btw
Me- omg its joke it means o really thats awesome i wasnt mad dont you understand?
Account manager 2- he didnt know that
Me- o really! ok bye! ( thats when i was pissed i didnt say anything other than bye)


If your gonna become a account manager and do your job... then do IT.

when i go to bestbuy or some store i dont see a customer service person giving me an attitude. This is a job for you account managers. yea you dont get paid ( or if you do) you dont think ok i will do watever i want with the customers. We see this happening we want dont want crap. We're outta here= no customers and no business. So i hoping to see better account managers in the future or ..... out

Osaeed2003 -- I'm a little confused by what you are offended about. I received the unedited log of the chat and I see nothing wrong with how my staff handled the matter. You seem to be upset that the staff members above did not get your joke. Why it should offend you, I have no idea.

Secondly, this is not Best Buy. The staff here work very hard, and they do not get paid. Telling them to 'do their job' and making demands is not acceptable here especially when I see not one ounce of rudeness towards you.

If I'm missing something feel free to explain.
