Can i use this hosting for the website viewer to download heavy audio and video download

I can't give a definite answer, but i would caution against using the hosting service to host large auido and video files.
If you mean use the hosting to download videos from other websites, that against the TOS.

Also remember you need to be the owner or have legal rights to redistribute any content you host.
