im trying to install a AVM.pkg but requires a FlashMedia service so i decided to go with Red5 because its free of course 
but i need to SSH to compile the server. when i try to i get this error from console "If you need shell access please contact support." so I came to the forum to try n reach and contact a support staff member to further assist me in either getting access enabled so I can proceed to install this myself or assist me in anyway possible so i can get this service up and running on the x10 hosting
