Automated phone calls not working - can't sign up for an account.

Every time I have tried to buy a premium hosting account, the automated phone call never gets sent. I have tried two different phone numbers formatted several different ways.

Due to no automated phonecall all of my transactions have been cancelled automatically. I don't know what to do and might just have to find hosting somewhere else if this can not be resolved.
