Awstat is not working

Since 19th april the Awstat's does not update..

please help..!

I've just checked and Awstats is enabled and working for your account.
Please be patient, it may take some time to update, depending on how many domains/accounts it has to update on your servers.

Well just one account, greeting.x10hosting.com - www.clickforgreeting.com

Also this problem happened before as well after one of the Admin guy solved it from your end.

the last update was on 19 april.

please help
