awstat, raw access log, and email issues

awstat does not appear on my cpanel. also i have set up raw access log which is supposed to update every 24 hours, but do not see any logs after several days. plus, using webmail to read mail, i get the "error connecting to DB" using horde and roundcube. using squirrelmail i can login, but don't see any email in my inbox, not even email sent to myself from the same x10hosting account. any help? thank you

awstat has been disabled to prevent - I believe - a security thread. The access logs are not enabled on the servers because it would make the server HDD overload due to the sheer amount of requests made to the servers. As for the webmails, we are working on finding a solution for the problems.
