Looking in previous threads didn't seem to be really a help, so I posted my own.
AWStats and various other graphical log analyzer programs seem to be disabled in my domain. Is this a hosting package issue or were they disabled again because they weren't working correctly?

It was probably a mistake. If your account was made recently, it might have been.

It's the same for me..
If i go to Awstats it says "There are no domains which have awstats stats to display".
Don't know about how it supposed to be :)

I believe AWStats has been disabled due to some problems with it. The staff are aware of it, and when Corey gets back from vacation he'll be sure to fix it.

AWstats has exactly been disabled. But access logs have been disabled, and this has lead to AWstats not being able to update (Because it gets the data from the logs).

Hopefully everything will be re-enabled soon, but until then we can just wait. If you need to see access data and hits etc. you could always use Google Analytics, it's free!! and lays out the data in a better looking way.

This will be taken care of within the next few days once Corey returns. I'm waiting on him to help resolve some issues with hard drives on our servers. (Which is why the logs are not enabled I believe)

Thanks for the information Byron. Good to hear that it'll be resolved.
