I already deleted everything in wor pres and from softaculos I downloaded another apparently clean worpes again but I still get that error

I obviously already checked php .htacces wp-config, check the code in detail and there is no error in any of the three, ht accesses sends you to index.php the wp-config has the same url that I am trying to solve as well as home and the same in php in wp-option both the urls and home are the same I don't understand what's happening please help mi sit is https://capacitatemexico.x10.mx/wp
