Hello! Is there anyway I can backup my WordPress blog with the SQL databases, and other cPanel settings?

Your database can be backed up by going to phpMyAdmin and using Export.

Your files can be backed up by going to File Manager and compressing the public_html folder. Then download the compressed file.

As a general rule, always keep backups on separate systems. One on your computer. One on gMail account. etc.
