backend error

When I log in I get this error

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

Any suggestions?

This error seems to have been generated since the Global Updates were preformed on the free web servers. I can see your information, so it may not be a problem anymore. Can you please check this, and reply letting me know?

Also, were you attempting to log into cPanel or the Account Management Panel?
