Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with Cossacs server breakdown and down-time of the website I created (schr).
Currently I am not able to log onto the FTP account and access urgently needed files. I am writing to inquire how long FTP down-time is going to last. I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter. Could you possibly provide me backup of my account files (esspecialy joomla/components/com_sobi2)? I fully understand difficult situation you are facing currently but I will appreciate any help provided. Please do not hesitate to contact me when needed.
Best regards,
A. Biernat (schr)

I think everything would cease to normal by tomorrow morning (by IST).

How To Backup Your Free Hosting Website Data

*** If you have placed yourself files outside the public_html folder, it is suggested to back them up as well. If you don't know what I referred to, do not mind this comment.

Step One:

* Login to cPanel.
* Go to File Manager.
* Go to your public_html directory.
* Select all files.
* Compress all files into a zip archive using the compress icon.
* Close the popup window.
* Select the zip archive you just created and download it.

Step Two:

* Go to phpMyAdmin in cPanel.
* Click on export tab.
* On the left select Export / Select All.
* Scroll down to bottom.
* You will see "Save As File".
* You can rename this file if you wish.
* I suggest leaving compression set to "None".
* Click on the Go button on the right. The download will start.

Yes, you are on Cossacks which is undergoing some maintenance right now. We are unable to send your files to you directly. Staff does not expect any data loss during the process even though it is always a good idea to have your own recent backups - just a suggestion for future reference. Everything should be back to normal soon but I can not give you any estimate of when that will be at this time.

And there is literally no possibility to access my files through ftp right now, am I right? I noticed sort of a notice on my home site requiring me to clean cache to see my website but this action does not help

Unfortunately you are going to have to wait until the server work is completed.
