I am using Backup Buddy plugin to backup my site but now it started giving errors these days that "Your server does not support command line ZIP. Backups will be performed in compatibility mode." The plugin was working fine before the time when the server started getting down frequently. More details provided in this ticket below :https://x10hosting.com/portal/?support&viewrequest&t=13166...... Because of this I am unable to backup my site. Please sort this out.
